This Brand Policy sets forth the rules and guidelines for using or referring to CircularIN's name, logos, trademarks, and other features of our brand ("Brand Assets"). These guidelines are meant to promote consistent use of our Brand Assets, protect the CircularIN brand, and prevent confusion among our users and the public. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in legal action.
General Rules for Using Brand Assets

Non-Disparagement: Use of our Brand Assets must not disparage CircularIN, our products, or services. Brand Assets should not be used in a manner that is detrimental, defamatory, harmful, or damaging to CircularIN's reputation.
Using CircularIN Name and Logo
Clear Space and Sizing: Ensure the CircularIN logo or symbol has sufficient clear space around it and is displayed at a size that is legible and maintains the integrity of its design.
No Confusion: Do not use the CircularIN name, logo, or any similar marks in a manner that could confuse your identity with that of CircularIN, or imply an endorsement or partnership without explicit permission.
Follow Our Style Guide: Please adhere to the specific color, typography, and design guidelines outlined in our style guide when using our logo and branding elements.
Merchandise and Manufactured Items
Our Brand Assets must not be used on merchandise or manufactured items without explicit written permission from CircularIN.
We encourage users to promote their activities on CircularIN, but avoid implying that your content, posts, or presentations are endorsed, sponsored, or approved by CircularIN.

Reservation of Rights
CircularIN reserves the right to revoke permission to use our Brand Assets at any time at our sole discretion.

Logos for use by Media, Film, TV and Blogs

Use Requirements and Terms
