Circular In is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful online community that fosters collaboration and engagement in the circular economy and waste management sectors. To achieve this goal, we have established the following community guidelines, which outline the expectations and rules for all users of the platform. 

Respectful Communication

1.1. Treat others with respect and courtesy. Be mindful of the diverse backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives of fellow users.

1.2. Avoid using offensive, aggressive, or discriminatory language, including but not limited to racial slurs, sexist remarks, or derogatory comments.

1.3. Refrain from engaging in personal attacks, harassment, or bullying. Circular In does not tolerate any form of threatening, intimidating, or abusive behavior.

Content Sharing

2.1 Share content that is relevant, accurate, and informative. Ensure that any information posted is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

2.2 Do not post any content that promotes or glorifies violence, self-harm, or illegal activities. This includes, but is not limited to, content that advocates for or incites terrorism, human trafficking, or drug use.

2.3 Respect the intellectual property rights of others. Only share content that you have the rights to use or that is available under public domain or Creative Commons licenses.

Privacy and Personal Information

3.1 Respect the privacy of others. Do not share personal information about other users without their explicit consent.

3.2 Be cautious when sharing your own personal information. It is best to limit the amount of personal information you share on public forums.

Spam and Advertising

4.1 Do not spam the platform with repetitive or irrelevant content. Ensure that your contributions add value to the community and promote meaningful discussions.

4.2 Do not use the platform solely for self-promotion or advertising purposes. While sharing your own content or services is acceptable, it should be done in a balanced and non-intrusive manner.

Reporting and Moderation

5.1 If you come across content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it to the Circular In team using the available reporting features on the platform.

5.2 Circular In reserves the right to remove content, issue warnings, or suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these community guidelines or the platform's terms of service.

Compliance with Platform Policies

6.1 By using the Circular In platform, you agree to abide by these community guidelines as well as any other applicable policies, including the terms of service and privacy policy.
