Reporting Copyright Infringement

Actions Taken in Response to Copyright Infringement Notices

Upon receipt of a proper notice of copyright infringement, we will promptly:

a. Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material;

b. Notify the user responsible for the allegedly infringing material that we have removed or disabled access to the material; and

c. In appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our designated copyright agent at the address provided above. Your counter-notification must include:

a. A description of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled;

b. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled;

c. Your contact information, including your full name, email address, and postal address;

d. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in London, United Kingdom, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of copyright infringement or an agent of such person; and

e. Your electronic or physical signature.

Reinstatement of Content

If we receive a counter-notification, we may reinstate the removed or disabled material at our discretion. However, we will not reinstate any material that has been the subject of a court order or other legal determination that the material constitutes copyright infringement.

Changes to This Copyright Policy

We may update this Copyright Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about our handling of copyright infringement claims.
