Engage in any activity that would constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability; or
Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or rules.
Content
All content posted or transmitted by users on the Platform, including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, and any other materials, is the sole responsibility of the user who posted or transmitted the content. We do not endorse or control the content posted or transmitted by users and cannot guarantee the accuracy, quality, or integrity of such content.
Intellectual Property Rights
You acknowledge and agree that the Platform and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, are the property of Circular In Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Copyright Infringement and Content Takedown
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on our Platform, please follow the procedures outlined in our Copyright Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
